Anji Kat is a deeply intuitive yoga teacher and spiritual guide with over 25 years in the health and wellness industry. After decades of supporting clients in physical well-being, Anji’s personal healing journey led her to embrace yoga not just as a practice, but as a sacred path to emotional and spiritual transformation.
Her teaching is rooted in a holistic understanding of body, mind, and soul — integrating movement, meditation, ritual, and spiritual wisdom. Anji invites each student to move with intention and honor the unfolding of their unique journey. Her work especially supports women in their second and third chapters of life.

Each week, Anji guides a heart-centered practice that invites you to explore the relationship between your emotions and your physical body. You’ll learn to gently observe the emotional patterns shaping your daily life — and be given accessible practices to process, release, and transform these feelings into clarity, strength, and insight.
Sessions focus on different themes — including the five Prana Vayus (energetic winds), the five Kleshas (causes of suffering), and how they manifest physically and emotionally in the body. Classes are open to all levels, and especially supportive for those experiencing stress, burnout, grief, or transition.
Expect a warm, welcoming environment where you can slow down, tune in, and connect more deeply with your inner landscape. Come as you are — whether grounded or unraveling — and leave feeling supported, balanced, and more connected to yourself.
