Our medical weight-management program combines clinical evaluation, ongoing monitoring, nutrition and lifestyle support, and evidence-based medication when medically appropriate. Treatment is individualized around your health history, metabolic risk factors and goals—not simply a number on the scale.
We treat the full spectrum — from severe starvation with anorexia nervosa to binge-eating disorder and obesity. For binge-eating disorder and obesity due to excess caloric intake, we offer several weight loss strategies, including insurance-based coverage of GLP-1 and GLP-2 agonists.
We offer supportive health coaching for weight loss, regular weight check-ins, BP/HR monitoring, and more. Care is calibrated to your body, your hormones, and your life — not a one-size template.
Who shouldn’t take these medications: anyone with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN2 syndrome, a history of pancreatitis, an active or recent eating disorder, or who is pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
Common side effects: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and reflux — most often during dose increases, usually manageable by titrating more slowly.
Serious but uncommon risks: pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, severe dehydration.
Monitoring: baseline and periodic labs, weight and vitals at every visit, and a clinician reviewing your response before any dose change. We start low and go slowly.

GLP-agonists — Ozempic® & Wegovy® (semaglutide) and Mounjaro® & Zepbound® (tirzepatide) — are transforming healthcare. Most insurance plans don't cover weight-loss medications.
GLP-agonists work with your body's natural signaling to reduce hunger and cravings — making the day-to-day far more manageable.
Beyond weight, GLP-agonists have shown benefits for blood sugar, cardiovascular markers, and inflammation.
