About the role — Psychiatric Provider
Are you looking for greater work-life balance in an integrative and holistic practice focused on whole-person care? We are looking for a psychiatrist (MD, DO), psychiatric ARNP, or PA to join our team in a salaried position with great benefits and bonus opportunities. Our supportive administrative and medical assistant staff help create a collaborative, concierge-like environment for both providers and patients. We offer IV/IM ketamine, SPRAVATO®, medical weight management, and expanding integrative care services.

We are actively hiring therapists (PhD, PsyD, LISW, LMHC, LPC), functional medicine providers (MD, DO, RN, CNS, DC, ND), and psychiatric providers (MD, PA, NP, NPD) to join our team as independent contractors at our Iowa and US Virgin Islands locations. Opportunities are available for in-person, remote, or hybrid work.
We offer integrative approaches to psychiatry, counseling, and functional medicine in a collaborative clinical environment. Our practice includes expertise in ketamine therapy, including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), as well as health coaching and other whole-person care services.
Our team values collaboration, ongoing learning, and professional development. Providers have access to expert consultation when needed, along with regular case conferences and journal clubs to support thoughtful, evidence-informed care.
