Cecily Airy

Cecily Airy is the Human Resources Manager at Holistic Wellness & Psychiatry, where she leads with empathy, organization, and a deep commitment to employee wellbeing. She plays a central role in streamlining internal communication, strengthening team dynamics, and supporting the growth of a collaborative, mission-driven workplace. With degrees in Paralegal Studies and Liberal Arts from Kirkwood Community College and certification as a CNA, Cecily brings a unique blend of administrative, legal, and clinical understanding to her HR leadership. Raised on a farm north of Cedar Rapids, she is a passionate advocate for mental health especially in rural communities where support is often underrepresented. Known for her approachable style and thoughtful problem-solving, Cecily works to ensure that both staff and patients feel supported. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, especially boating, traveling, hiking, and being with her boyfriend, family, & friends.
