Amy Eliacin is a compassionate psychotherapist with 20+ years of experience helping individuals navigate life
transitions—from starting college or a new career to managing anxiety, relationships, or identity-related challenges.
She creates a judgment-free space rooted in acceptance, self-determination, equality, and diversity, and offers
loving-kindness that empowers growth and healing.


Amy draws from a variety of therapeutic tools, including CBT, DBT, ERP, Mindfulness, IFS, Art, Music, and Mindset
Training for athletes, tailoring her approach to meet each client’s needs. Her goal is to help people build confidence,
reduce stress, and cultivate self-compassion while developing practical skills that support everyday life.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply need someone to talk to, Amy offers a grounded presence and
a genuine desire to understand the whole you.


She offers in-person and telehealth sessions in-network with various insurance plans, and works flexible hours in a
client-centered, healing-focused practice.
