Psychiatric Provider

Join our Integrative psychiatry and mental health care provider team and learn how to work with various forms of ketamine and how to do ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) at Holistic Wellness & Psychiatry in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and St Thomas, US Virgin Islands. We are a new and growing center with openings for a licensed Psychologist (Master’s degree or PsyD) or Therapist (LMFT, LISW, LMHC).
We offer traditional therapy options as well as training for KAP as well. Knowledge and certification in EMDR, IFS, somatic processing, and group therapy experience are preferred. Functional Medicine Provider

We are actively hiring therapists (PhD, PsyD, LISW, MHCH, LPC), functional medicine providers (MD, DO, RN, CNS, DC, ND), and psychiatric providers (MDs, PAs, NPs, NPDs) to join our team as independent contractors at our Iowa and US Virgin Islands locations. There are options to work in person, remotely or hybrid and you can make your own hours. We offer functional medicine approaches to psychiatry and counseling in an integrative clinic with expertise in all forms of ketamine administration including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) as well as health coaching and weight loss options with compounded GLP-agonists. We have a team approach to learning and expert consultation is provided whenever needed along with weekly case conferences and journal clubs.
I have over 20 years of clinical experience as an integrative psychiatrist and family physician. I started my career as a research scientist/tenure track assistant professor and moved into private practice 11 years ago. I have a clinical practice in both Iowa and St Thomas, USVI and have tips on how to blend payment from a traditional insurance based practice with cash payments for ketamine as well as functional medicine services.
