Mackenzie brings both compassion and clinical insight to her role as a Patient Service Representative at Holistic Wellness & Psychiatry. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Sociology, where her senior thesis focused on the use of ketamine for treatment-resistant depression—an area that deepened her passion for innovative mental health care.

Before joining our team, Mackenzie gained valuable experience working in inpatient psychiatry as a nursing assistant, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care and support. At Holistic Wellness Center, she combines her academic background and hands-on experience to ensure patients feel welcomed, understood, and cared for from their very first interaction.

Outside of work, Mackenzie enjoys bowling, crafting, baking, and relaxing with a good Netflix show. She also loves spending time with friends, family, and her two cats, who always keep life entertaining.
