Nicole Hamilton-Brahm is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a wide range of experience in the therapeutic setting. Nicole has over 11 years of experience providing crisis counseling to individuals and families impacted by crime and trauma. Nicole believes therapeutic alignment and understanding are the most important things in counseling. Nicole supports individuals in learning new skills to cope, eliminating symptoms, and achieving behavioral change in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship issues, self-harm, and body image issues. Nicole has experience in many different therapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical, Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Somatic Processing Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Nicole is passionate about psychedelics and is training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) to lead clients on their healing transformative journey. Nicole offers therapy that works for you – not one size fits all. Nicole has experience with vicarious trauma to support first responders, law enforcement, and medical professionals in high stress jobs. Nicole has also worked with individuals who have experienced trauma due to mass incarceration or systemic trauma.
