Rebecca Lindo (PMHNP-BC)

Rebecca, a psychiatric nurse practitioner with deep Caribbean roots, understands the courage it takes for individuals to seek mental health support. Grounded in her Caribbean upbringing, Rebecca believes that healing is a collective journey, guided by compassion, understanding, and respect. Her approach centers on the principle that “no man is an island.” Recognizing that everyone needs support, Rebecca is committed to walking alongside her patients throughout their mental health journeys. She is aware of the cultural reservations many patients may have regarding mental health treatments and medications. To address these concerns, Rebecca integrates holistic care principles with evidence-based medical practices, tailoring her approach to honor each person’s unique story, cultural background, and individual needs.
