These terms apply to text messages from Holistic Wellness & Psychiatry, PLLC, a psychiatry and therapy practice in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Program
Program name: Holistic Wellness & Psychiatry Patient Messages.
What we send: appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling and waitlist updates, and other administrative messages about your care with us. We do not send health details or test results by text; those go through our secure patient portal.
How you opt in
You opt in by giving us your mobile number when you book an appointment or register as a patient and agreeing to receive text messages from us. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of receiving care.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies, depending on your appointments. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan.
How to opt out or get help
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP (or CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, END or QUIT) to any message. You will receive one message confirming you have opted out, and no further texts after that. To start again, reply START.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Emergencies
Text messages are not monitored for emergencies. If you are in crisis, call 911, or call or text 988.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
