Nicole is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 5 years of experience in the therapeutic setting. Nicole previously worked for 11 years, providing crisis counseling to individuals and families impacted by crime and trauma. Nicole believes therapeutic alignment and understanding are the most important things in counseling. Nicole supports individuals in learning new skills to cope, eliminate symptoms, and achieve behavioral change in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship issues, self-harm, and body image issues.
