We provide treatment options that include traditional and complementary medicine approaches.
Functional Medicine Lab & Genetic Testing
In addition to traditional lab testing, we offer a variety of GI tests to determine gluten sensitivity, SIBO or leaky gut conditions, autoimmune, Lyme disease, hormones, vitamins, and methylation to determine genetic age as well as extensive heritability assessments with Self Decode and Genesight testing.
Weight Loss & Lifestyle Improvement
Our therapists are experts in trauma-informed care and offer EMDR as well as traditional supportive and cognitive-behavioral therapy to help change thoughts and behavior to reduce reactivity and remain grounded during life’s ups and downs. Our therapists are learning to assist with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and will be offering that treatment soon.
Herbal & Plant Medicine Supplements
In conjunction with traditional medicine, we also prescribe nutraceutical supplements from a functional medicine perspective when needed. We will discuss which vitamins and minerals may be needed when taking certain medications, anti-inflammatory approaches to autoimmune disorders, hormonal options in middle age, and alternative approaches to augment or replace traditional psychotropics.
