Only $450 for the first month (includes intake and your first month) & $250 for every month after!

Semglutide OR Tirzepatide

What’s included?

Our program includes GLP medication (semaglutide or tirzepatide), weekly in-office injections, weekly biometrics and vitals, standard labs, and weekly nursing check-ins with nutrition and lifestyle counseling. Provider oversight and regular med checks are required to ensure safety and effectiveness.

What is included in standard labs?

Standard labs included: CBC w/ diff, CMP, TSH, lipid profile, HbA1c (+ fasting insulin when clinically indicated).

* Additional lab testing (hormones, inflammatory markers, expanded workup) is not included and billed separately.

Disclosures:

* We do not bill insurance for the program (patients may self-submit for reimbursement.

* The program requires medical intake and ongoing monitoring.

* Additional medications such as LDN, topiramate, phentermine, ect, are not included and are prescribed separately when clinically indicated.
