I received my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mt. Mercy. University in 2012. My training as a marriage and family therapist makes me uniquely qualified to treat family systems and couples. Whether you are experiencing a significant life event or struggling with trauma, are seeking to improve your self-esteem or reach personal goals, therapy can be beneficial.

My interest in treating couples and families affected by trauma related to high stress jobs, such as first responders, medical personnel, law enforcement, courts and corrections officers include a variety of approaches.

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, structural family therapy, Emotionally Focused Couple's Therapy and additional trauma-informed approaches.

Therapy is a collaborative process intended to empower us to improve our lives and implement change. I look forward to the privilege of joining you on that journey.
