Brian Clark
Brian Clark has dedicated his life to public service. He is currently serving in the Iowa National Guard and has been for nearly 23 years. He is a combat veteran and has deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan in various roles, with a passion for helping people. His military experience gives him a unique perspective for providing medical care to service members and veterans. He has also been a teacher and firefighter/EMT.
He has been a physician assistant in both the military and civilian environments for the past 10 years. Experience includes working with veterans at the Veteran Affairs in Iowa City, working on the Orthopedic Spine Surgery team at the University of Iowa, working in Urgent Care at the University of Iowa and working in various roles in the military, to include a deployment to Qatar to provide medical support to the 1-133 Infantry Battalion.
He has been exploring and learning about holistic approaches to medicine that promotes physical, mental and spiritual well-being. This includes spending time in nature and quality time with family and friends. His professional and personal experiences have made him a well-rounded provider.
